We want you to love your Teddy Bears apparel as much as a warm hug, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
